Sharing a meal. Building relationships. Strengthening the community.

The Pandora BBQ Project is a bi-weekly community outreach initiative serving individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, and poverty in Victoria's Pandora Avenue area. In partnership with LPS and other frontline organizations, we provide free, nutritious meals while creating a welcoming space where people are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

More than a meal, the Pandora BBQ Project is an opportunity to build trust and connect people with the support available to them. By working alongside organizations already serving the community, we help strengthen existing outreach efforts, foster meaningful relationships, and ensure that those facing difficult circumstances know they are seen, valued, and not alone.

Whether someone comes for a hot meal, a conversation, or information about local services, our goal is simple: meet people where they are and walk alongside them without judgment.

What We Do

  • Serve free hot meals every two weeks on Pandora Avenue

  • Partner with LPS and other street outreach organizations

  • Build relationships through consistent, compassionate presence

  • Connect individuals with community resources and support services

  • Create opportunities for volunteers to serve directly in the community

The Pandora BBQ Project believes that lasting change begins with relationships, and sometimes the first step is simply sharing a meal.
