On the Streets

We work alongside organizations and people serving some of the most vulnerable and overlooked communities in our cities. From homelessness and addiction to prison outreach, reintegration after incarceration or gang involvement, and supporting immigrant communities as they build new lives, our focus is on creating pathways toward stability, belonging, purpose, and community. Rather than trying to do everything ourselves, we strengthen and connect those already doing effective work—bringing together resources, relationships, volunteers, and opportunities so that people aren’t simply helped through a difficult moment, but welcomed into a community where lasting change can take root.

Homelessness

We partner with organizations already doing effective work on the streets to provide practical, consistent support for people experiencing homelessness. That can mean helping connect people with food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, recovery resources, employment opportunities, and other services while building the trusted relationships that make those resources meaningful. By connecting organizations, volunteers, churches, businesses, and resources across the city, we help strengthen what’s already working, identify gaps, and create clearer pathways from immediate need toward stability, belonging, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Addiction

We partner with organizations already doing effective work in addiction, recovery, and rehabilitation to help people find practical pathways toward lasting change. That can mean connecting individuals with treatment and recovery programs, counselling, housing, employment opportunities, mentorship, healthy community, and ongoing support. By bringing together organizations, churches, professionals, volunteers, and people with lived experience, we help strengthen the recovery network, identify gaps, and create the relationships and opportunities people need to rebuild their lives with stability, belonging, and purpose.

Prison

We partner with organizations already doing effective work with people during incarceration and as they prepare to return to their communities. That can mean connecting individuals with mentorship, spiritual support, education, life skills, recovery resources, employment opportunities, housing, and relationships that can continue beyond the prison walls. By bringing together organizations, churches, businesses, volunteers, and people with lived experience, we help strengthen the support network around each person and create practical pathways toward successful reintegration, restored relationships, stability, belonging, and purpose.

Reintegration

We partner with organizations already doing effective work with people seeking a way out of gang involvement or rebuilding their lives after incarceration. That can mean connecting individuals with trusted mentors, safe housing, employment and training opportunities, recovery resources, counselling, healthy community, and practical support as they navigate the challenges of starting over. By bringing together organizations, churches, businesses, professionals, volunteers, and people with lived experience, we help build a network around each person—creating real alternatives, opening doors to opportunity, and providing the relationships and support needed to move toward stability, belonging, and a new sense of purpose.

Immigrant Communities

We partner with organizations already doing effective work to help newcomers build strong, connected lives in their new communities. That can mean connecting individuals and families with language support, employment opportunities, housing resources, education, mentorship, community services, churches, and relationships that help make an unfamiliar city feel like home. By bringing together organizations, businesses, volunteers, and community leaders, we help strengthen existing support networks, bridge cultural and practical gaps, and create pathways toward opportunity, belonging, meaningful relationships, and full participation in the life of the city.
