Leaders And Innovators
Our program leverages the power of businesses to drive meaningful change in communities. By partnering with local enterprises, we create opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen neighborhoods, and foster economic growth. Beyond business impact, we aim to spark civic engagement and promote political change, giving people the tools and networks to advocate for themselves and their communities. It’s about turning resources into results—building resilient communities from the ground up while inspiring leadership, opportunity, and long-term transformation.
Partner
Our mission is to bring together influential leaders, thinkers, educators, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers who have the ability to shape the future of a city. By building relationships across education, public policy, business, and civic life, we create opportunities to share ideas, challenge existing approaches, develop better solutions, and turn influence into meaningful action—helping shape stronger institutions, greater opportunity, and lasting positive change across the city.
Build
Our mission is to find the gaps in our city and partner with people who have the ideas, experience, and vision to fill them. We help turn promising ideas into sustainable ventures through strategic planning, investment, mentorship, and connections to the professionals, organizations, and resources needed to bring them to life. Rather than building everything ourselves, we invest in the right people and help create what the city is missing.
